propOPEN is a free, no-account public property-record lookup. This notice explains the limited information involved when you use it.

Information used to operate the service

When you search, we process the address or parcel identifier you enter, along with standard technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and error logs. That information is used to return a result, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

Public property records

propOPEN displays selected information from public property-record sources. We do not require an account to search. A listed owner is shown only where our source and publication rules allow it. If you believe a record should be withheld, use our record-removal request. Read our data and methodology notes for source and limitation details.

Advertising and cookies

propOPEN uses Google AdSense technology to support advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit fraud, and personalize advertising where permitted by law.
