What it does

propOPEN helps visitors find a matching public parcel record, review basic property information, and use map and table views. Current coverage includes Los Angeles County, New York City, Phoenix/Maricopa County, Dallas County, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. It is designed for one-property-at-a-time research rather than bulk extraction.

How we handle records

Information is drawn from public-record and mapping sources. Data can change, be incomplete, or be unavailable for a particular parcel, so propOPEN is not a title, appraisal, tax, legal, or surveying service.
